Personal interview


  • If you are the landlord (owner), to begin with we make initial contact in our office. During this meeting, you should tell us about the property, with all the details that you believe to be of interest and that we should know.
  • If you are a tenant, we are interested in finding out the characteristics that you want the property to have and that you believe can adapt to your needs.


Property assessment

To find out more about the property, we pay a visit to assess it as accurately as possible. During this visit, we also explain the strategy we are going to use to make the operation more effective and get the best possible price.


Photographs and documentation

Our goal is to get the most out of each property. Therefore, a professional is responsible for taking quality photographs in order to reach as many clients as possible. A picture is worth a thousand words, and good photographs guarantee that we will rent the property more quickly.

With regard to documentation, we collect everything needed to rent the property and process the EPC (Energy Performance Certificate) and the certificate of habitability if necessary.

Marketing strategy

We will publish your property on the best Spanish and international real estate portals, on our website and also on the most relevant social networks. In addition, we work directly with overseas relocation real estate agents to offer your home to international clients if you wish.

Choosing tenants


When choosing the new tenant, you can rest easy. We carry out a selection process to introduce you to the best candidates, taking into account their payroll, income, work contracts and other guarantees that they can provide to rent the home.

We also offer you the Aval Lloguer (a guarantee from the Generalitat for any type of non-payment of rent) or a rent insurance to guarantee any non-payment and damage to the home.

Visits to the property


We only schedule visits with clients who meet the requirements previously established with you.


Writing the contract

When writing the rental agreement, we draft a contract that includes the best guarantees for you.

If you prefer, we can also manage your property, as we already do with many of our clients. In this case, Finques Mónico is responsible for charging the rent from the tenant on a monthly basis and managing any problems that may arise during the term of the contract. You don’t have to worry about anything else.
